I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested further to your freedom of information request.

We do not currently use an external LMS within WMFS.
We operate an internal LMS, Global Training Courses (GTC) to track enrolment and completion of internal courses.
Our E-learn facility is also provided internally utilising Moodle platform but on internal servers

With regards for the details of the key decision-maker for the aforementioned products/services, This will be our Procurement Department. WMFS Procurement Department operates a single point of contact policy and are directed to the procurement helpline on 0121 380 6166. There is a direct email address for suppliers making sales enquires email: procurement.enquires@wmfs.net. Furthermore, guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office is as follows:
