I am writing to confirm that the West Midlands Fire Service has now completed its search for the information you requested further to your Freedom of Information request.
Please find below a summary of our findings.

Why does the West Midlands Fire Service Incident Command Unit rotate between Handsworth, Bournbrook and West Bromwich Fire stations and how long between each rotation.

There’s no set time for rotation. Incident Command Unit rotates to give the opportunity for crews to train and have hands on experience.
