Every Choice Counts
The ‘Every Choice Counts’ road safety presentation, aimed at young people, is designed to raise awareness and create a better understanding of being a responsible driver or passenger when travelling in a vehicle.
What's involved?
The tailor-made bespoke presentation is aimed at young drivers and passengers aged between 16-25 years old, it lasts up to one hour and a maximum of 80 students can attend per presentation (minimum of 10 students).
West Midlands Fire Service works with a range of partners (Central Motorway Police Group) to ensure they use current data/trends to engage and interact with vulnerable road user groups.
Every Choice Counts covers the following subjects.
What is the aim?
The aim of the ‘Every Choice Counts’ session is to empower young drivers/passengers to develop their own coping strategies to handle risky situations as well as becoming a responsible driver/passenger. This is achieved via the use of a variety of learning styles and learning aids to ensure the information is understood by the audience.
All sessions are pre and post evaluated by West Midlands Fire Service to ensure customers receive value for money, content is appropriate to audience needs and to identify how the presentation can be improved for the future.
